Rosemary Eure

Rosemary B. Eure graduated from Florida State University in 1984 with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and a Juris Doctor degree in 1988. Ms. Eure is a Florida native and was raised in the Charlotte/Sarasota County area. Ms. Eure returned to Southwest Florida in 1989 and joined the practice of Alex Lancaster, P.A. She became a partner in January 1992. Ms. Eure practices Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability.


Ms. Eure was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1989. She is Board-Certified in Workers' Compensation. She is licensed in Florida and is also admitted in the United States Middle District Court of Florida, United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. She is past chair of the Workers' Compensation section of the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers and is on the Board of Directors of the Florida Workers' Advocates, an organization of claimants' attorneys organized solely to assist in promoting protection of claimants' rights under the workers' compensation system. She served as President of that organization from 1999-2000. Ms. Eure has actively lobbied in Tallahassee and statewide on behalf of workers' compensation claimants and issues involving Workers' Compensation. She has been awarded an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating attainable in its evaluation of attorneys.


Ms. Eure is a conscientious advocate for plaintiff's and workers' compensation claimants and has not represented industry or insurance companies. She is firmly committed to representation of the injured worker and the injured citizen of Florida.
