Brendan W. Rowe, Esquire received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminology from Florida State University and is a graduate of Florida State University College of Law. While studying at Florida State University College of Law, he clerked for a personal injury law firm in Tallahassee, Florida.
Mr. Rowe was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006. Following law school, Mr. Rowe worked as a Real Property lawyer serving as general counsel for condominium and homeowner associations. In 2007, Mr. Rowe joined a law firm in Tampa, Florida where he specialized in medical malpractice litigation defending high value lawsuits and claims against health care providers, healthcare facilities and entities. Mr. Rowe has participated in multiple medical practice trials assisting in obtaining defense verdicts throughout the State of Florida.
The knowledge gained through this experience has given Mr. Rowe a unique perspective as he advocates for victims of the negligence of others, including in the areas of automobile liability, premises liability, insurance coverage disputes, medical malpractice, nursing home and assisted living facility negligence, as well as, other catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death and product liability matters.
