Social Security Administrative Hearing Update

In March 2020, Social Security Administration (SSA) closed the hearing offices to the public for in-person service due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Although the hearing offices are still closed to in-person service, the SSA is conducting telephonic and sometimes video-telephone hearings. Lancaster & Eure is successfully completing these hearings with our clients by having them come to our office and setting up the remote connections with the respective Administrative Law Judge so their cases can proceed. If you have any questions concerning this process, please do not hesitate to contact the knowledgeable attorneys at Lancaster & Eure.
